PGW FOUNDER STATEMENT

When I reflect on my life, both professionally and personally, I recognize a deep inclination toward service. I have always felt a strong calling to contribute to the growth of the people around me. What has changed in recent years is that I have come to understand that this service must also be valued and compensated, and that helping others grow can and should also be a pathway for my own growth. That realization was the motivation behind founding Proposal and Grant Writers, LLC, and the reason I continue to develop it.

I have intentionally built a calm and meaningful life. For me, freedom exists in the present moment, in the awareness of the gifts that surround us: the ocean breeze, the sound of a river, the warmth of the Caribbean sun. I believe a company should reflect that same richness that lives in everyday life.

My vision is to build a company where work can be a fulfilling experience, where every member of the team feels called to grow and contribute, and where their efforts are genuinely valued. A company that prepares its employees to compete for any opportunity, yet one where they choose to stay because they feel respected and supported.

I also want to build a company that provides exceptional service, where every client finds the right tools to access opportunity and where their projects are guided with care, professionalism, and strategic insight. A company that clients recommend not only because of the results, but because they were treated fairly and their expectations were exceeded. Ultimately, I want this company to be a source of pride for the community it serves, contributing both economically and socially.

Proposal and Grant Writers LLC is a service firm that helps businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals secure competitive funding when they do not have the internal capacity to navigate complex funding processes. The firm prepares and submits high-quality proposals and grant applications in response to IFBs, RFPs, RFQs, NOFOs, GSA Leasing proposals (RLPs), and other federal, public, private, and philanthropic funding opportunities. Through a strategic approach that integrates institutional positioning, narrative development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, the firm helps clients strengthen their competitiveness and access resources that support long-term growth and impact.

Above all, I created this company with the intention of building a professional space aligned with my values and convictions, a place where meaningful work, service, and growth can coexist, and where I can feel truly fulfilled.
